What if my product arrived damaged?
We take great care in packaging each candle to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement. Please share clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Recording an unboxing video also helps us verify and resolve the issue smoothly.
